I don't frighten easily, at least not digitally, but frankly that mod scares me. I can't be the one to explain Dresser as I've never used it. But anyway, NRaas Vector does offer a pretty decent worldwide disease simulator. Error trapping, data trash collection, orderly and customizable story progression, bakery display management, and sim world travel protection can be very sexy topics of conversation, in certain circles. Not that we would ever say such a thing ourselves, of course.
Not sure we are exactly what the OP was looking for, our mods might show up a bit lower on the excitement scale from what they are currently seeking.
